About Liberia Helping Hands Foundation
Founded to uplift vulnerable populations, Liberia Helping Hands Foundation (LHHF) is a grassroots nonprofit rooted in Montserrado County. In partnership with compassionate volunteers and local leaders, we mobilize resources across Liberia and the United States to deliver community health, emergency relief, and sustainable livelihood programs that restore dignity and inspire self-reliance.
